The ProLine 2200 is a full function, precision, high current density 200 amp plasma system that combines precise, square, and virtually dross-free cuts with excellent speeds. If you are facing a high quality, heavy-duty job without a heavy-duty budget, the ProLine 2200 is your answer. The system offers all of the benefits of precision, high current density plasma at a fraction of the cost of other systems. 

The ProLine 2200 is capable of production cutting gauge thicknesses through 1 ¼’’ (32.0mm) thick with a maximum capacity of 2’’ (50.0mm). 

The ProLine 2200 is equipped with manual controls so that you can tailor all of the cutting parameters to your specifications. Optionally, our patented INOVA Torch Height Control System can be built into the ProLine 2200, greatly simplifying installation.

The ProLine 2200 is one of the three systems in the KALIBURN "ProLine" family. The ProLine 2150 and ProLine 2260 Plasma Cutting Systems offer identical cut quality but each has a unique amperage range and corresponding thickness capacity. KALIBURN also offers four fully automated machines in the "Spirit" family; the Spirit150a, Spirit200a, Spirit275a and Spirit400a Plasma Cutting Machines. These machines are our most advanced systems and provide cut quality identical to the ProLine systems. With Spirit systems, all process parameters are set automatically for ease of operation.
