The Autofold-516 Coil Line from Advance Cutting Systems is a high-performance automated coil processing system designed specifically for the HVAC and ductwork fabrication industry. Built in England and fully serviced and supported from our Birmingham, Alabama facility, the Autofold-516 delivers fast, reliable, and highly efficient duct manufacturing capabilities for shops of all sizes. Available in both left-feed and right-feed configurations, the system can run multiple coils of metal while automatically straightening, beading, notching, and processing the material with drive cleats, Snaplock, and Pittsburgh seam capabilities. Powered by a fully hydraulic system and controlled through the Autofold V8 Control System, the machine utilizes a dedicated 14” touchscreen controller running the Windows CE platform with the standard Autofold software and jobs program for simple operation and programming.
The Autofold-516 also handles bending, braking, and shearing operations to produce complete full wrap or L-shaped duct sections with exceptional consistency and speed. For even greater fabrication efficiency, the system can be equipped with Fabri Flange Dual TDF/TDC machine and traverse tables, creating a streamlined and highly automated duct production workflow.
