The EVO-T Fiber Tube Laser from Advance Cutting Systems is a high-performance tube and pipe cutting system designed to deliver precision, flexibility, and efficient material handling for a wide range of fabrication applications. The Cutter Plus can also have 2 different plasma heads on the same machine — one floating head for cutting HVAC ductwork and one with Torch Height Control for plate fabrication cutting.

Fabri-Flange HVAC Flanging System
The Patented Fabri-Flange Machine from Advance Cutting Systems is an advanced HVAC duct fabrication TDF/TDC system built in England and serviced and supported out of Birmingham, AL. Designed to work directly from an Autofold side eject system, it automatically folds flat notched sheet into full wrap or L-shaped duct sections while simultaneously forming a roll-on flange.
This entire process takes less than one minute and requires no manual input of duct sizes — the machine automatically folds based on the pre-notched corners regardless of size. The fully hydraulic machine requires only a single power supply for operation.
Plasma / Laser Coil Feed System
