The Patented Fabri-Flange Machine from Advance Cutting Systems is an advanced HVAC duct fabrication TDF/TDC system built in England and serviced and supported out of Birmingham, AL and engineered to dramatically increase production efficiency while reducing factory floor space requirements. Designed to work directly from an Autofold side eject system, the Fabri-Flange utilizes a unique dual hydraulic control system that takes a flat notched sheet with male and female locks and automatically folds it into a full wrap or “L” shaped duct section while simultaneously forming a roll-on flange. This entire process takes less than one minute and requires no manual input of duct sizes, as the machine automatically folds based on the pre-notched corners regardless of size.

Controlled through a Windows-operated system, the Fabri-Flange continuously monitors production and automatically adjusts for roll form slippage to ensure consistent, accurate results. The fully hydraulic machine requires only a single power supply for operation and is available with different flange configurations to suit customer production requirements. Standard outboard rolls include clip-on “E” side and flange-on opposite side capability for fittings, and both sides can be operated independently for increased flexibility.
