The Cutter II Plasma Cutting System from Advance Cutting Systems is our entry-level CNC plasma table designed specifically for HVAC and ductwork fabrication shops looking for reliable, high-speed cutting performance. Introduced in 2006, the Cutter II utilizes a plasma cutting torch to accurately cut geometrical shapes and parametrically programmed HVAC fittings using industry-leading AutoDesk Fabrication CAMduct Software with advanced nesting capabilities to minimize material waste. Featuring a true 5' x 10' or 5’ x 20’ single-piece unitized cutting table, the Cutter II is built with a direct drive rack and pinion system with no belts, extra-wide drive side saddle for increased stability, planetary gearboxes, high-speed traverse, floating head technology, and Hypertherm plasma integration for dependable cutting quality. The system includes an ACS Color Graphic Controller with motors and drives, office computer with printer for job programming, multiple copies of remote data entry software for field programming, and complete onsite installation and training with all travel and labor included.
