The I-Fold HVAC Coil Line from Advance Cutting Systems is an entry-level automated duct fabrication system built in England and designed to provide HVAC shops with an affordable, compact, and highly efficient coil processing solution. Built to process standard coil widths in multiple gauges up to 16ga, the I-Fold can manufacture ductwork in sizes as small as 120mm x 120mm while producing flat sheet “I” shapes, “U” shapes, and fully wrapped duct sections with impressive speed and consistency.
Powered by a fully hydraulic system and controlled through the Autofold V8 Control System, the machine utilizes a dedicated 14” touchscreen controller running the Windows CE platform with the standard Autofold software and jobs program for simple operation and programming. The system comes standard with one “A” frame coil holder, with additional holders available to meet customer production requirements. Designed for easy installation and operation, the I-Fold ships complete and only requires a single 3-phase power supply with no compressed air required.
